Your online order will automatically be processed via Paypal. Once you have entered one item, it is best to keep both the shop and Paypal's page open separately. Paypal will update each time you enter a new item to the order.
If you wish to pay by cheque, postal order or cash (in person or direct deposit only) please email me with your order and details.

UK
- Payments can be made by Paypal (secure transactions) with your credit/debit card or paypal account, e cheque, personal cheque or postal order. Please be aware that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your order and your card details are never released to us.
- For cheques/PO's please email me your order along with your address details. I will confirm address for the cheque/PO to be sent to along with your final invoice total including postage and packaging.
- All international orders must be paid in £ sterling via Paypal
Please be aware that we will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under
Shipping:
- Items will be despatched within 30 days of receipt of payment. Parcels are sent three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please note that large wholsale orders for the handcrafted products do require 5-7 days order processing time. I will advise of despatch date on receipt of your order.
- All UK mainland items will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail Small Packet Service and International, via Royal Mail Airmail. Where delivery would be cheaper via courier, I will automatically select this option: £8.99 Mainland (1-2 days) up to 31kg £15.99 Highlands and Islands and £17.99 Northern Ireland up to 31kg, 2-3 days delivery time.

Shipping

Royal Mail – Monday,
Wednesday and Friday, orders need to be received and paid for by 3.30pm of that
day for same day despatch
Courier service: orders need to be
received and paid for by 5.30pm and will be booked in and collected the
following day. Please note, if the customer does not take delivery or collect
the item after 3 attempts the courier will return the item to us. You will then be required to pay for
re-delivery. To avoid this we are more than happy to deliver to
locations such as work or a friends address, please advise us of your request
when paying for your item. Please note we
cannot ship to a PO Box, please provide a Full Postal Address.
FOR A FASTER DELIVERY PLEASE
SUPPLY A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER WITH PAYMENT. Our couriers always find a
telephone number helpful just in case they can’t find you.
We are not responsible for delivery delays
and would recommend special guaranteed delivery or fully trackable courier delivery if you are concerned. If you have a deadline to meet please inform us of
the details and we will do our very best to satisfy your requirements.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
- Goods - products and ingredients
- Please contact me in writing (email, fax or letter) prior to returning goods or cancelling orders for goods and services.
- In the case of goods received, items must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging, unopened, unused and ready for re-sale.
- Goods cannot be returned or refunded after 2 months of receiving them.
- Postage costs will be met by the customer, unless the item has been damaged during tranist or in the unlikely event that it is an incorrect item.
- I strongly advise that you choose recorded/tracked delivery or certificate of posting in case the item(s) gets lost or damaged. I cannot make refunds where returned items are lost/damaged in the post.
- On compliance of the above terms, a full refund will be made on the return of goods (excluding original postage costs) or cancellation of service within 30 days of my receiving them.
- Services - Pamper parties, courses, corporate events
- Cancellations will
incur an administrative charge as a
percentage of the total booking for organisational events or as a percentage of the individual (e.g if one
person cancels) fees for pamper parties or courses:

– 50%
- 8-14 days – 75%
- 7 days or less – 100%
Please
note that in the case of individual
guest treatment cancellations at pamper parties, the total cost of your booking may increase if
your total party size falls into the next category for guest numbers e,g in
the Luxury party from 6 to 5
Treatments chosen for pamper parties or events
can be changed after booking at no extra charge. We request at least 5 days notice.

- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Aftercare advice must be adhered to for all treatments
- In the case of nail enhancements, I will not be held responsible for the cost of replacing tips where aftercare advice has not been correctly followed.
- In the case of recurring or persistent medical conditions, please seek medical advice and attention from your GP
- I do not make health diagnoses nor make claims to cure any ill health conditions
- If you are currently receiving medical treatment from your GP or specialist, I may need to seek their permission prior to your 1st treatment.
- If you are currently receiving medical treatment from your GP or specialist, please continue with your treatment and medication unless they advise you otherwise.
- All treatments include an initial consultation and feedback time.
- Your records will be stored in a secure, safe place.
- Any personal information will be held private and confidential. The only exception being if I have serious concerns regarding your personal health and safety or that of the general public in relation to yourself. In this case I will inform you before I speak to the relevant professional.
- Children, under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and a consent form signed.
