Payments:
UK
- Payments can be made by Paypal (secure transactions) with your credit/debit card or paypal account, e cheque, personal cheque or postal order. Please be aware that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your order and your card details are never released to us.
- For cheques/PO's please email at info@reviveholisticbeauty.com with your order along with your address details. I will confirm address for the cheque/PO to be sent to along with your final invoice total including postage and packaging.
International
- All international orders must be paid in £ sterling via Paypal

Please be aware that we will not sell, trade or disclose your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party. We do not hold any credit card information at any time - all card transactions are done via a secure card processor (Paypal) each which will process the data on a secure server and safe environment
Shipping:

Items will be despatched within 2 days from the morning we receive your order. Delivery Times (during normal mail service) is 1 day UK and 3 to 5 working days for International. We ship three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Please ensure that your provide the correct delivery address on your Paypal Account or Email us with the correct one. We cannot be held responsible for items which we send to outdated addresses. If you are at work during the weekdays and unable to receive your
parcel at your home address, we are happy to send it to your work
address, but need to be informed of this before posting.
- UK & International Customers: In cases where Royal Mail/Courier
are unable to deliver and a card is left to advise of collection point,
it is the customers responsibility to correspond with Royal
Mail/Courier to arrange redelivery or collection from the Post Office. Where uncollected items are
returned to us by Royal Mail/Courier, customers will have to repay
postage.
- If your item is delayed or missing and has been sent by Royal Mail, we have to wait 15 working days (UK), 20 working days (Europe) and 25 days (Rest of the World) before this can be reported and the goods reshipped or money refunded. These timelines are set by Royal Mail and are mandatory.
- Please note that due to the time required for the production of handcrafted products, large orders or during busy times of the year (Christmas, January Sales) we do require a minimum 5-7 days order processing time. We will advise of despatch date on receipt of your order if required.
- International Customers - please note that the max weight we can send is 2kg via Royal Mail. All orders above that weight will have to be sent via Courier - please contact us for a quote if required.
- International Airmail packages are usually
delivered within 5 working days. Some countries with tight security controls (e.g USA) or remote areas with a
slow internal mail system can take longer. Unfortunately this is out of our
control
Shipping Rates
- UK Customers: some orders will incur additional postage charges, but only if the weight of the parcel means that it costs more to send than the given shipping rate e.g items which cost little such as Cassia, Indigo, Henna, Clays etc and weigh a lot. If this is the case an additional invoice will be sent to you after checkout and is will only be based on the cost of postage plus 50p for packaging.
- European Customers: our postal charges are set up for UK Customers, therefore additional charges may apply after checkout depending on the weight of your goods and the country you reside in. If you would like a shipping quote prior to purchase, please email us with your order details at info@reviveholisticbeauty.com.
- Rest of the World Customers (outside of Europe) - from 4th April 2011
All items will be sent International Signed For - which is a trackable, signature on delivery service
at the following rates (charged at Royal Mail's rate plus 50p for packging):
up to 500g £16.25
501g to 1000g £24.15
1001g to 1499g £31.25
1500kg to 2kg: £38.35

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control

Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Goods - Products and Ingredients - Damages and Refunds
- Please contact us in writing (email, fax or letter) prior to returning goods or cancelling orders for goods and services.
- For goods which are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24hrs, we will require photographic evidence or the goods returned to us, in which case we will meet the postage cost. A replacement will be sent out to you within 48 hrs of receiving photographic evidence or the returned goods.
- In the case of refunds and cancellations, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods in their original packaging, unopened, unused and ready for re-sale..
- For returns and cancellations, Postage costs will be met by the customer, unless the item has been damaged during tranist or in the unlikely event that it is an incorrect item.
- On compliance of the above terms, a full refund (minus original postage cost to send the item to you) will be made within 30 days.
- We strongly advise that you choose recorded/tracked delivery or obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or equivalent proof of posting for overseas postal services) in case the item(s) gets lost or damaged. Refunds or Replacements can not be made where returned items are lost/damaged in the post.
Courses
- With more than 1 month's notice, a deposit of 50% is applicable.This is non-refundable and non transferable and can be paid by cheque, cash or Paypal at the time of booking. The remaining Balance is payable by cheque at the latest 2 weeks prior to the course or cash on the day.
With less than 1 month's notice, our courses are payable in full at the time of booking
Refunds for course (excluding deposits which are non-refundable and non-transferable) which are cancelled up to 7 days after making the original booking will be paid back to you within 30 days. (This excludes Isis Therapy Training courses...see separate terms and conditions)

If you are unable to attend the course on your original date and would like to attend on another date, there is a £15 administration fee, payable at the time of rescheduling. (This excludes Isis Therapy Training courses...see separate terms and conditions)

Pamper Parties and Organisational Events
- A Deposit of 50% is applicable. This is non-refundable and non transferable and can be paid by cheque, cash or Paypal (additional 3.4% fee applies) at the time of booking.
- The remaining Balance is payable by cheque at the latest 2 weeks prior to the Pamper Party/Event or cash on the day.
- Cancellations can be made in writing (email, fax, post) within 7 days of the date of making your booking
- Any refunds for pamper parties or corporate events which are cancelled within 7 days of making the booking will be paid within 30 days (excluding the deposit which is non refundable and non transferable)
- Bookings and Payments which are made and rescheduled more than 7 days after booking will incur an administrative charge of £25, payable at the time of rescheduling
Please note that in the case of individual guest treatment cancellations at pamper parties, the total cost of your booking may increase if your total party size falls into the next category for guest numbers e,g in the Luxury party from 6 to 5
Treatments
- Appointments which are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total treatment(s) cost

These Website Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the excusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in all disputes relating to them.
