These coaching sessions are perfect for anyone who knows that they would like make positive changes to their physical health, emotional wellbeing and physical appearance but are stuck in a rut, confused, overwhelmed or too busy with everyday life to do so and need support, encouragement & the time out to set goals and make a plan with decisive actions to move forward.
For people who are not local and also international customers this service is also available via Skype.
When OUT OF BALANCE Lifestyle factors such as: Diet/Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep Patterns, Work, Finances, Family & Relationships, Social Life/Play Time can have a detrimental effect on our physical body, our appearance and our emotional and mental health.
Common symptoms which show that we are out of balance include: stress and stress related symptoms, unhealthy weight gain or weight loss, tension, anger & irritability, anxiety, disrupted sleep patterns, exhaustion and low energy levels, apathy and lack of motivation, low mood and depression, low self confidence, low self esteem, headaches, aches and pains, health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol etc, skin/hair/nails are in poor condition.
Fortunately there are a myriad of ways which we can help to bring improvements to our physical, emotional & mental health and our physical appearance. For example: healthy eating, regular exercise, massage, Reiki, reflexology, Bach Flower Remedies, Aromatherapy, regular beauty pampering, counselling & specific counselling such as relationship or debt management, making a committment to more "me time", meditation and relaxation classes, taking up a new hobby, changing your job etc.
For those who are new to coaching
Coaching is based on the belief that somewhere in all us we have the answers to our own problems and just need the time, listening ear and unconditional support of another person to enable us to access these answers. During a session your Coach will ask and explore questions with you with the aim of assisting you to find your own direction, goals, action plans and solutions, which is a self empowering process. You will not be told what to do and so any choices you make about setting goals, making changes or taking action will be your decision that will suit you, your personal preferences, routine and lifestyle. You will also will be actively encouraged to seek further information, develop new skills etc to achieve your action plan and develop yourself if you see fit.
Your Coach will however make suggestions if she feels that some information, ideas etc which you have not thought about or don't know about maybe of use to you. We can also provide additional support in coaching follow on sessions for specific challenges which people maybe facing which may require different approaches sucah as visualisation techniques and also by ways of information and practical worksheets.
Initial Assessment: Free of Charge - this is your first step to deciding which areas of your health and/or personal appearance you would like to make some improvements. Please download this form and email it to us to for feedback before your 1st session. We also encourage you to give us a call (or vice versa) so that we can discuss this further and decide whether Health & Wellness Coaching is suitable for your needs at this point in time and whether we we could work together to achieve your goals.
Initial Session - during this session you will 1) prioritse 3 issues you would like to improve, 2) set realistic goals and 3) create an action plan. We will also address 4) any knowledge/skills/services/products which you may want to access to help you along the way 5) explore any potential barriers to achieving your goals and how you can overcome them 6) how you will track your progress and reward yourself 7) what support you wish to engage during your journey and 8) what you might do if you get off track.
Introductory Offer £40 per hour (regular price is £50 per hr) Please note your initial session may take up to 2 hrs - this can be completed in one x 2hrs or two x 1hr sessions.
Follow Up Sessions: Introductory Offer £40 per hour (regular price is £50 per hr) or £10 per 15 mins if less than an hr is required - the process for follow up session will vary but will focus on your current needs. These sessions can include: reviewing your progress and achievements, adjusting current goals, setting new goals, adjusting or resetting your action plan and can also include focusing on specific issues such as visualisation or relaxation techniques, changing limiting beliefs, breaking habits, building self confidence etc.
10% Discount on Holistic Treatments: Therapeutic Massages, Relexology, Reiki, Customised Bach Flower Remedies, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures etc. We will also signpost you to other external services and products which you may choose to access to help you achieve your goals.
We also make and sell Customised Aromatherapy Oils with carefully selected blend of essential oils chosen for your particular health issue(s).
ABOUT your COACH - Zoe Penny
Since 1994 I have worked as a Therapist and orginally trained in Reiki, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I then gained further Holistic and Beauty Therapy qualifications, become a Trainer, have Coaching, Nutrition, Weight Loss Nutrition, Stress Management and Group Work qualifications. I have worked with many clients in a 1 to 1 and group situations, have set up, fundraised and managed grant funded holistic therapy projects in a mental wellbeing centre, a community centre offering services to women on low incomes and an Elderley Persons activity centre.
I am friendly, down to earth and non judgmental in my work with people and will always encourage you to find your own solutions to the challenges you face. I am passionate about assisting and encouraging people to make healthier lifestyle choices which are realistic and sustainable. I also have a very broad life and work experience, have faced and am continuing to take positive actions to overcome my own health challenges and therefore have a lot of compassion and understanding for people dealing with whatever issues they are currently facing.
