Aromatherapy Bath Salts

Handmade Natural Bath Salt - A blend of dead sea and himalayan pink salt naturally fragranced with essential oils.

200g presented in a natural recyclable kraft tub.

Exotique: Ylang Ylang, Mandarin, Patchouli – Deeply relaxing, uplifting and grounding, if you are feeling spaced out through stress, overwork etc helps you get back in touch with your senses, excellent for excessive thinking and worry, nervous tension, restlessness and also has aphrodisiac properties! 

Contraindications/precautions Not suitable for: some nut allergies, very sensitive skin, prior to exposure to strong sunlight or sunbeds 

Floral Bloom: Lavender and Geranium –  Balancing and calming to body, mind and emotions, helps to reconnect to your sensuality and the feeling side of life, excellent for imbalances caused by hormonal changes, stress, anxiety, nervous tension and irritability,  low mood, headaches, migraines, insomnia, inflammation to the joints or skin as in cases of eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and also soothes bites and itchy skin.

Purity: Lemon Grapefruit, Celery Seed, Frankincense – Detoxifying useful for water retention, toxic build up and cellulite (when combined with healthy diet and exercise), refreshing and uplifting to body and mind, clears and steady the mind for situations where you need clarity and focus, clears nervous tension, frustration and exhaustion, expectorant so useful for colds, coughs, excess catarrh, sinusitis etc and also useful for aches and pains including stomach and menstrual cramps and any other “hot” feelings of inflammation.

Citrus Zest: Orange, Palmarosa, Lemon – Refreshing, energising, emotionally uplifting, helps to dispel feelings of anger, frustration, clears and steady the mind for situations where you need clarity and focus

Zinziba: Ginger, Lavender, Chamomile– Warming, anti-inflammatory, soothes aches and pains, stimulates physical energy so useful for fatigue and apathy yet calms the mind and nervous system during times when you feel tense, anxious, frustrated.

All products: if you suffer from respiratory conditions e.g. asthma, COPD, hyper-reactivity to fragrances please let me know as for health and safety reasons, I will need to reduce the amount of essential oils in your products to 1% instead of 2.5%.

Aromatherapy products are not suitable one week before to one month after a course of chemotherapy or radiotherapy, and in patients undergoing organ or tissue transplants who are taking conventional immunomodulatory drugs.
