Trio of treatments for sleep issues with organic aromatherapy products
1000 in stock.
The ultimate treatment for people who have problems falling or staying asleep during the night.
A combination of 3 x 20 mins of powerful holistic treatments: Holistic Face Massage, Reiki and Reflexology.
Holistic Face Massage inolves s a deeply relaxing massage of the high tension areas of the face, neck, chest/shoulders and scalp.
Reflexology involves a pressure point massage of the feet and is based on the belief that the feet mirrors the organs and systems of the body.
Reiki is a gentle, non manipulative soothing treatment that helps to rebalance the body, mind and emotions.
The products used for both the Holistic Face Massage and Reflexology include Neal's Yard organic aromatherapy products specifically created for sleep:Beauty Sleep Concentraate and Frankincense Facial Oil (for the face massage) and Beauty Sleep body butter(for your reflexology). These are organic products and contain natural calming essential oils which are absorbed into your bloodstream and continue to work after your treatment.
When using aromatherapy products, the essential oils in them enter into the bloodstream where they continue to have therapeutic effect even after the treatment has finished. For best results, continue to use aromatherapy products at home either in skin, bath and body products or by diffusing them with an oil burner or diffuser.
