The course is divided into 4 modules, it is self paced and therefore can be completed in your own time. However I do advise you to apply gentle pressure to yourself to bring about the desired life changes. This is also a course that you can pick up again once you feel ready for more changes in your life.
Each module will provide you with practical skills and "assignments" related to your priorities and goals. This is a self led, self directed course so you will not be "told what to do" rather work out for yourself what is best for you and make your choices accordingly!
Module 1:You will assess and prioritise from 1 up to 3 key areas of your life and create your action plan for change. You will also have the opportunity to consider the support you will need.
Module 2:You will learn how to set SMART Goals and take Action Steps. I also include a list of suggested action steps for achieving goals in each area of your life. This is more for those who feel a little stuck as to what to do for the best.
Module 3: The importance of Mind Set in achieving your goals. You will learn the importance of having a positive mind set, how to deal with negative self talk and how to create your own positive affirmations A downloadable MP3 with positive affirmation and a page of motivational quotes are also included in this section.
Module 4: Practical steps to review your process, readjust or set new goals.
Module 5: Staying the Distance - tips and tricks to keep you committed and on track
