This Self Help Mini E Course is in the "When Life Gives you Lemons make Lemonade" series. This time we will be focusing on Self Healing after the hard times have come and visited at your door.
This is a self paced, self directed course which will provide you with the skills to set goals and take action steps towards healing your Mind, Emotions and Body. You will also learn about the interconnectedness of these 3 areas of Self, how an imbalance in 1 area has a knock on effect in the other areas and how to take a holistic approach to healing.
This course is suited to anyone who has had a series of hard experiences such as bereavements, relationship breakdowns, any problems with work, finances, family, health etc and their whole Self has taken a hard knock. Throughout the course there is a great emphasis on you creating your own plan of action, finding the right support that you need plus self help and lots of nurturing activities.

The Impact of Challenging Life Experiences:
You will be provided with a manual with a methodical approach to your Healing Plan, assignments, plus an MP3 affirmation recording for you to listen to. This will help to get and keep you in the right and positive mind set for your self healing journey.
Please note, this course will not dictate to you what you need to do in order to heal yourself. Instead you will learn a straight forward practical step by step approach so that you can be empowered, take charge and choose what you would like to do to start to heal yourself and build yourself back up.
Module 1: The Mind, Body and Emotions connection - explore the interconnectedness of these 3 aspect of self and the human aura and chakra subtle energy system.
Module 2:Self Evaluation - in this module you will be assessing the impact of the hard times and how your whole self has been affected.
Module 3: SMART Goal Setting and Action Plan - using your self evaluation from module 2, you will set your own goals and action steps for self healing. I also provide a long list of possible stepsyou can take, which includes professional support and self help activities. We will also exlpore what you can do if you feel stuck and unsure of the best way forward.
Module 4: The Review Stage - in this module we will discuss the review process, how often you should review your process and what to do if you need to adjust or reset your goals and action steps.
Module 5: Staying the Distance - practical steps you can take to keep on keeping on even when the going gets tough in your self healing journey.
