PICK AND MIX HOLISTICS - you can pick and mix any of these treatments for each of your sessions. 

• Reflexology - a pressure point massage of the feet, which works to balance all the body's organs and systems.  It is therefore useful for many physical health conditions.  As there are over 10,000 nerve endings in the feet, Reflexology also calms the nervous system
• Swedish Massage - traditional massage with organic massage oil, which relieves tension, aches and pains and calms the mind and emotions.
• Reiki - helps to balance the mind, body and emotions and is particularly useful for high stress levels and emotionally chaotic times.  Reiki also works on the subtle energy systems of the chakras and aura.
• Indian Head Massage (30 or 45 mins only) seated chair massage of the back, arms, face and scalp.  You can choose whether you have oil in your hair.
• Holistic Face Massage (30 or 45 mins only) using Neal's Yard organic unscented massage oil.  Includes cleansee, tone and massage of the face, neck, chest, shoulders and scalp.

• Soul Soothe Reiki with Holistic Face Massage with Bach Flower Remedy Rescue Cream

• Hot Stone Massage - massage with warmed basalt stones, excellent for physical pain that is aggravated by cold and/or damp weather.
• Aromatherapy Massage - a soothing massage with a customised blend of essential oils chosen for your physical, psychological or emotional needs. When applied to the skin, essential oils are absorbed into your bloodstream where they will continue to have a therapeutic effect after your massage.  You can choose a customised blend of essential oils or Destress, Uplift, Beauty Sleep, Women's Balance or Muscle Ease massage oils 
• Deluxe Holistic Face Massage (30 or 45 mins only) - cleanse and tone, followed by a soothing face, neck, shoulder, chest and scalp massage using your choice of products.  Choose from Neal's Yard Remedies Rehydrating Rose or Rejuvenating Frankincense or Elemis Pro Collagen products.
• Womens Balance aromatherapy back, neck and shoulder massage with holistic face massage - choose from the products as per deluxe holistic face massage
