Holistic Self Care Online Course

This course is ideal for those who are ready to commit and invest in improving their health and who need professional guidance and structure to create a consistent self-care routine that fits in with their everyday life.   Self-care is not just a quick fix, short lived New Year’s resolution, it is for life

This course has a very intimate, gentle, therapeutic vibe to it and on the flipside if you implement your self-care plan activities consistently it will prove very powerful in terms of positive outcomes for your whole health (mind, body and emotions) and also your relationship with yourself.

This is an online course that you study at your own pace on Google Classrooms.  The curriculum includes an 80+ page manual, 40+ pages of planners, instructions for practical activities and video classes.

Activities

• Identify your current needs: physical, emotional and mental health needs
• Review your current self-care routine
• Identify how physical, emotional or mental health imbalances affect you personally
• Explore ways in which you can improve your "whole" health
• Lots of ideas and suggestions are given to help you improve your physical, mental and emotional health including activities for those who don't have much spare time or are restricted due to the impact of physical or mental ill health
• 5 Simple Steps to create and review your own flexible self-care plan
• Address your Self-Care Essentials - nutrition and hydration, exercise and sleep
• Address issues such as avoidance, procrastination, lack of time and consistency, staying the distance which can be stumbling blocks for any self-care plan
• Experiment with the holistic self-care tools mentioned below

2. The properties of popular crystals and gemstones 
3. Crystal healing treatment and chakra meditation (video)

Bach Flower Remedies and Crystal/Gemstone Elixirs

2. Learn how to make DIY Flower Remedies and

4. Make an aura/room spray with crystals, essential oils and Bach flower remedies (video)

Aromatherapy -

1. Learn different ways to safely use essential oils,

Yoga, Pranayama (yogic breathing) and Meditation  these are all videos

1. 3 Yogic breath techqniues - 2 relaxing and 1 energising
2. Yoga class for joint mobility - this routine can be done seated in a chair or on the floor and is suitable for beginners
3. Sun Salutations - 3 different variations standing, with a chair and seated
4. AM or PM Yoga Classes - 1 standing routine and 1 seated routine, both suitable for beginners

All the above are video classes

Information will also be given about the different types of yoga, the benefits of yoga and meditation.

Random heart to heart (video) specifically aimed at those who 

1. Are over givers and put themselves last and make no time for their own self-care
2. Are limited in terms of the self-care activities they can do due to chronic physical or mental health and
3. Know what they need to do to take better care of themselves but don't do it because they don't love themselves enough.
