Reflexology (1 of the Pick and Mix Treatments)

Reflexology - a gentle pressure point massage of the feet which helps you to relax whilst rebalancing the whole body via the body's meridian system. 

Reflexology works on the premise that certain areas of the feet correspond to certain areas of the body and that there are meridians running the full length of the body.  During a treatment, the vital energy is unblocked and stimulated, similar to the process which takes place during acupunture, acupressure and other meridian therapies.  Reflexology is useful for all physical health conditions, pain management and is also deeply relaxing for the nervous system, mind and emotions.

You can also add on a Chakra rebalance with crystals and gemstones or Aromatherapy Foot Soak or a Hydrating Foot Mask with Heated Booties.

All products used are cruelty free and are also suitable for vegans.
