    In the UK at present, beauty and wellbeing products can be labelled as organic even if they only contain 1% organic ingredients which is scandalous and misleading.

    If you’ve been lacking body confidence recently, it’s probably time you did something to improve that. Luckily, there are lots of ways to build up your body confidence and to overcome the worries and negative thoughts that might have been holding you back. We’re going to talk today about some of those steps, so read on now and find out more about it all.

    Cut Yourself Some Slack

    First of all, you should try to stop being so harsh on yourself. Many people who suffer body confidence issues simply place too much pressure on themselves to look a certain way. And the things they criticize about themselves are not things that other people tend to notice or even care about. So cut yourself a little more slack if you can, you deserve it. 

    Take positive action

    By taking small positive action steps that you can sustain, you will begin to feel and look better. For example, you could committ to 15 mins exercise three times a week, book yourself a facial once a month, and take vegan collagen supplements to revitalise your skin, get a good hair cut, make adjustments to your diet and nutrition so that you become healthier and maybe lose some pounds as well.  You could also listen to positive affirmations that improve your self confidence.
